Critical Languages Series DVD-ROM for Beginning Kurmanji Kurdish
Despite the fact that they are spoken by millions of people, languages such as Korean or Turkish are not usually offered in schools or colleges. The Critical Languages Program (CLP) at the University of Arizona was created to meet the need for interactive instruction in these less commonly taught languages. Kurdish Basic Course: Dialect of Sulaimania, Iraq
Jamal Jalal Abdulla and Ernest N. McCarus Part I: Phonology, introduces and classifies the consonants and vowels of the Kurdish of Sulaimania, Iraq and includes contrastive drills on the most difficult consonants. Part II: Spoken Kurdish, presents in transcription the language of the educated native of Sulaimania, with each lesson based on dialogue.
