What format are the digital files in?
The files are in MP3 format. They are delivered in a compressed ZIP file to reduce download time. Once the file is downloaded, your computer will automatically unzip the files and you'll be able to load them on your MP3 player or other device.

How do I receive the download?
All you need to do is add the downloadable item to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout as you normally would. Upon completion of the checkout process, you will be provided with a link that you can click on and then your computer will automatically start the download. You will also receive an email with the download link. You will have access to the link for 24 hours.

How many times can I download the course?
You have purchased one license. You will be able to download the file one time. You need to complete the download within 24 hours after you purchase the course. If you do not download the course within 24 hours, you will need to purchase the course again in order to have access.

Can I share these files with my friends?
As with any copyrighted materials, it is illegal to share these files and/or copy them and distribute the files. When you purchase a downloadable course from us, you agree to not make copies of the courses for sharing purposes. You may make copies for backup and for using on your different audio devices, but it is illegal to distribute the files with or without monetary gain. Please keep in mind that it is a federal offense to distribute copyrighted materials without permission of the owner. We will prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law.

Do you offer refunds if I don't like the course or decide that I don't want it?
Due to the nature of downloadable courses, we do not offer any refunds once the item has been purchased.

I have a very slow internet connection, how big are these files?
The PDQ courses are about 500 MB. The All Talk courses are about 400 MB.

Is the audio quality just as good as CDs?
Yes. These courses are digitally recorded in CD-quality audio. You will not be able to tell a difference.
