It looks like justice will finally be served to the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit serial rapist and killer known as The Beast. TV Guide Magazine has learned exclusively that William Lewis, the sadistic villain played by Pablo Schreiber, will return in the Jan. 8 episode of the NBC drama. In September’s season premiere, Lewis humiliated and tortured Det. Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay), who eventually fought back and nearly beat him to death.
