Teresa and Joe Giudice Will Plead Not Guilty to 41 Counts of Fraud

Teresa and Joe Guidice will plead not guilty following two more fraud indictments, NJ.com reports.

On Monday, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars were indicted in federal court on the additional charges of bank fraud and loan application fraud. Those are in addition to the 39 counts filed against the couple in July, which included bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa has also been accused of lying about having a job and a $15,000 monthly salary on a loan application, while Joe has been charged with failing to file tax returns from 2004 to 2008, when he allegedly earned nearly $1 million.
