In an exclusive sneak peek at Thursday’s episode of Scandal (10/9c, ABC), Quinn (Katie Lowes) is clearly frustrated that she’s not getting help from her mentor Huck (Guillermo Diaz). So she goes to the next best thing: Charlie (George Newbern). We already know that Charlie is only reeling Quinn in for Rowan (Joe Morton), but is he getting too close to his target or is he really using her naivety against her?
