Tyler Lockwood has said his goodbyes to Mystic Falls and is heading on down to the Big Easy.
From sire bond to mortal enemies, the relationship between The Vampire Diaries‘ Tyler (Michael Trevino) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) took a sharp turn when Klaus killed Tyler’s mom last season. Tyler attempted revenge, but when his plans went awry he was forced to leave town. But Klaus had one weak spot — Caroline (Candice Accola) — and allowed Tyler to come back so that his love could be happy. With the damage already done and his path for vengeance ignited, Tyler ultimately chose seeking redemption over his girlfriend, college and a chance at a (somewhat) normal life. On Tuesday’s episode of The Originals (8/7, The CW)— the first of the two shows crossing over —Tyler will face the Original baddie once again.
