USA has picked up the half-hour comedy Benched, the network announced Friday.
The legal sitcom stars Happy Endings‘ Eliza Coupe as Nina, a corporate attorney who is forced to become a public defender after a very public breakdown. Better Off Ted‘s Jay Harrington plays Nina’s colleague Phil, a scruffy public defender and avid gambler.
