Judge Joe Brown found himself on the other side of the law on Monday.
Brown was arrested Monday in Shelby County, Tenn. for being in contempt of court, after a heated exchange during a child support case, the Washington Postreports. He was sentenced to five days in jail but was released Monday evening on his own recognizance.
