Paul Walker died from the effects of traumatic and thermal injuries, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office said Wednesday. His friend Roger Rodas, who was driving the car they were in, died from multiple traumatic injuries suffered upon impact.
The ruling means that Walker did not die from the impact of the car crash, but from burning in the car’s explosion, according to TMZ. Burning was not listed as a factor in Rodas’ death.
