Another Originals character bites the dust.

After a season of defying many of New Orleans’ power players, Sophie Deveraux (Daniella Pineda) succumbed to the forces of the show’s newest antagonist, Sophie’s own niece, Monique (Yasmin Al Bustami). And Sophie wasn’t her only target. By the end of the hour, Monique and her new band of crazy witches took Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) and left them trapped outside of the French Quarter.
