Wheel of Fortune has apologized for featuring a Fast and the Furious puzzle on Monday’s show just two days after Paul Walker‘s death.
After the episode aired, the show explained via Twitter that the episode was taped on Oct. 4 and that it was “an unfortunate coincidence that it aired tonight.”
